How do I update my contact or billing information?

To update your contact or billing information, please log into the Administrator area at using your master account username and password. If you have forgotten your password, it can be retrieved using the "Forgot your password?" link.

Once you are logged in:
-To edit your contact information, under Profile, click on "Update Account Owner," then follow the "change of ownership ticket" link. Please note that this form will update the account owner for all accounts under the current primary email. If you have multiple accounts and only wish to transfer one account to another owner, please let us know, and we will send further instructions.

-To update your credit card, follow the "Change Credit Card Number" link to update your credit card information.  Any outstanding invoices will be re-run against your new card on our next billing batch.

-If you paid by PayPal and need to re-create your subscription, please let us know, and we can generate a custom link for you.
